From teaching to participative learning.
From teachers and classrooms to personal research and exploration.
From examination to self assessment.
From rules to responsibility.
From discipline to self awareness and choice.
Teachers of MSFNA are specially trained to provide an education with a shift. The academic year begins with induction and orientation of teachers to the philosophy and ethos of `Integral Education’ as envisaged by Sri Audobindo and The Mother. Most of the teachers have attend the `Yearly Teacher’s Training’ held at Pondicherry. Teachers of pre-primary and primary classes are given refresher talks and exhaustive training for activity based learning by various educationalists.
During the academic session teachers attend regular refresher workshops conducted by the CBSE for various subjects. Middle School and High School teachers are sent to attend workshop across the city arranged by the publishers.
